As part of Wipro’s Medical Assistance Scheme (MAS), many of us have been routed through Visit Health for OPD claims and wellness benefits. While the digital-first approach sounds promising, the reality for several employees has been frustrating:
❌ Delayed reimbursements ❌ Opaque claim tracking ❌ Limited support responsiveness ❌ Confusing documentation requirements
Despite being positioned as a wellness partner, Visit Health’s execution often leaves employees feeling stranded—especially when timely medical support is critical.

I tried to claim. In visit it git approval in May,but I still didn't receive money in my acc.

True, I am also facing the issue in vision cashless claim and they chave approved my less amount rest amount I paid as co pay. Today reported to Priya Jha CHRO of Wipro to take an action on this team which is not supporting us and providing benefits as MAS claim
You cal also report to her so that Maa’s number of people report there then our CHRO can address this issue seriously
