Hi Friends,

Currently I am in B3 band.

Once I came into freepool/bench, the company has supported with the pay for 45 days and then they put me into the EBLP (Extended Bench Leave Program) for 90 days with LOP.

Now I am about to complete my EBLP for 90 days, will the company or HR will extend another 30 days to find a suitable project as per EBLP policy of 90 to 120 days ? Or will they ask us to resign for separation from the company forcefully?

If they do so, can I get a compensation of 3 months salary since I am in Band B3?

Kindly share ur past experiences on this concern.

Based on your notice period in contract they will pay 3 or 2 months

Thanks for sharing this info sir, if they do so it would really help my very bad financial situation at present and help’s me with some kind of relief until I find a new job/project post my termination in wipro.

Sir does this apply for the B3 band employees as well right?

Outside wipro will be difficult to get job since you were on on lop for three months which any hr can got to know through your last 3 months salary slip

Try to get any wipro within Wipro and one month extension they provide after 90days lop prd

Yes, trying very hard. Some will take L1 and won’t schedule client round. And some will take both and they won’t confirm. Not giving up, hoping for the best till last day.

Based on the HR & previous account practice. If they want to stay you will give another 30 days extension but it's case by case varry. After that resignation only..but I didn't hear about 3 months compensation.

Better you can talk before 90 days of EBLP to the HR manager & practice team . Otherwise you will receive last minute suprise

No sir, nothing confirmed yet. Trying very hard to get the opportunity both outside and within wipro.

Any request could be placed with HR for an extension to find an opportunity within Wipro? If not a financial support through compensation? Will they help?
