How to get an early release from Wipro? I have resigned from Wipro 2 weeks ago and started the notice period of 90 days. I cleared the interview for my next job today but the company is asking to join in a month. Is there anyway I can get an early release? I am billable currently. Please help.

If you are on T&M role then forget about early release, they will squeeze out every drop from existing PO. In non T&M role also it's very difficult to get early release. HRs are of no use as they will park the ball on managers discretion. In gist all likelihood early release is next to impossible.
