I'm in bench from long time and added to that I'm facing some health issues recently so I was inresigned and submitted supporting documents also to HR but they are not ready to release Will wipro does not take employee health concerns also ? What is the solution for it ?

If you are on bench then you can ask for early release

They won't release early. You have to serve full notice period. Stop doing anything and work on your health during the notice period.

Check if buyout available. Otherwise idk, maybe raise it with onbudsman for medical reasons? Keep all conversation on mail, but that is difficult as HR don't even reply on mail. Worst case you'll have to abscond and request them for experience letter.
