Trending @Wipro; Early release from before 18 months
I got allocated to a server storage maintaince role for netapp account. After serving 6 months im gettimg better project opportunity and new manager is ready to onboard me. But present manager is not releasing me he is saying that i havent completed 18 months atleast in same project. Although i mentioned that i have got another opportunity that aligns with my career goal and i can contribute more to wipro by jlining that team. Also my role is field job and im not well to travel places and so i want early release after 6 months of joining.
How do I convience them for early release pls guide.
Its not that you cant get release from a project i have got before 18 months just give more pressure by talking with HR
Find a job outside Wipro. That is the only trump card which will work
Find someone who can replace you and convince them to take that opportunity
You need to complete 18 months then only you will be able to eligible for another project migration
No, that's not possible if you are tagged to a project
