Its been 10 month only I joined Wipro, I got released from project, and Now on bench from last 30 days. I have an offer outside but they are asking for immediate joining. If I resign will Wipro give me early release? Please help, it's urgent
You can request hr. Generally hr has the option to release you. But now a days HRs are not releasing due to the various reasons. Try connecting with your hr. Trying is better than not trying
I tried, He is saying early release is not possible
HR is saying evryone has to serve entire notice period. Whom to talk now?

I heard as per the process if you do not get any new project within 45 days then they ask you to leave.
As you are on bench they can give you early release. Please get in touch with your HR
Can I call my HR directly and ask him for early release or should I apply for seperation in portal first?
Yes, while on the bench, you can be released on the same day as you requested.
