My manager have approved early release over mail but my hr is forcing me for serving 90 days. In bench I have no work literally nothing to do...then for what purpose I need to serve ..just to sit idle ?? Please let me know how to raise this issue to management coz for me no client is billing I'm on bench got released from last project Please let me know !!

If your manager has agreed then HR does not have any say in it. Your manager needs to drop an email to HR approving your early release and mentioning your last working day . HR can't force if manager is ready

Ideally HR shouldn't have a problem as it's the business who has to decide when to release someone and who will backfill. Your HR seems to have some issues
