Trending @Wipro; During bench time
It’s compulsory to go to office during bench period if not getting any project till 45 days. Guys suggest me - I completed 2.8 months in Wipro and it is very crucial time to get project in wipro. So need suggestions to wait for getting project or need to switch for other opportunities.?

Since you are a new joiner, you will have 90 days to get the project irrespective of your band. In these days you have to report 3 days to the office.
If you are released from the project,
- B2 and below will have 90 days. After that wipro will initiate separation with pay of another 90 days
- B3 and above will have 45 days. After that you will be in LOP for 90 days. After that wipro will initiate separation with no recovery and no pay
