Not like that, u can reverse your resignation on last day also, u need to drop a mail to HR, thats it, but yes your project manager wants you to be in Wipro. I reversed resignation twice and got matched offer but yeah manager wants me to stay

How it is happen means immediately they give the revised salary or latter
