Ok, so no rule or process. It’s again at the mercy of manager.

Yes written not to avail any type of leaves. But how is that logical . Will not anyone fall sick in 3 months. Also cant even take planned leaves applied before notice period for festivals. Sometimes companies are not MNC in real sense. Too narrow mindset.

In policy it is clearly mentioned any type of leaves should not be taken during notice period

You can avai all leaves of planned or sick in notice period, My collegue availed all leaves,
No such rule is there.

One day I took annual leave also , because there was no sick leave with me . But the LWD is still the same .

Only sick leaves are allowed in notice period

It's completely call of your PM or L1, Most of the companies allow SL during NP.
