Trending @Wipro; Does anyone got warning mail for not comming to office for 3 days a week will they take any actions on us

I am left with one month notice period and today I got mail regarding to work for three times a week. Is it required for me to go to office ?

Yep I am getting it since last month every week , they just say that we are in risk and they may take disciplinary action but but what action they might take , no one knows.

Today evening i received communication from management that if the employee doesn't work 3days/week in office then leaves will be deducted for the same. I dont know if it's same for every other accounts in wipro.

Yeah. 1st October onwards new changes have been rolled out. Let's see how people fill timesheet this week

Naah nothing yet , I went to office for a month on oct but since then been at home for over a month now , no deductions nothing.
