Trending @Wipro; Does anybody know about third party payroll to wipro payroll process?

It is going to be 6 months in the next week for me and i was told by the consultancy that i will be switched from third party to wipro payroll.So just wanted to confirm anyone got converted like this or not??

It has been on hold for months find a job outside

Hello there, I am one of them, working in a 3rd party payroll and recently from April 2024 I started working from Wipro payroll...
The process that I faced (maybe it's not the same for everyone)

  1. OTSA happening (one technical exam)
  2. After pass the otsa exam, they ask you to feel the all confidencial form
  3. They called you for the packege, because packege has to revised for Wipro payroll.
  4. BGV form fillup
  5. drop a resignation in a third party payroll company and mention the last working date (one suggestion:- don't forget to fill up the timesheet for those days you work as a third party payroll)
  6. they gave you a letter of intent (basically a last declaration before the offer letter)
  7. they send you the offer letter and joining date.
  8. D Day of ONBOARDING.......

The all process take 7 months for me....please check all the documents before onboarding. Good luck.
