Trending @Wipro; Do you think Wipro would care if someone died from overworking?
Lately I have been wondering about the work that I have been doing here. It is mindless and monotonous but I have to work extremely long hours.
I have almost no time to socialise with friends and family. I earn peanuts while my manager is having a great time. I am extremely overworked while many people on the same project are chilling.
I complained to my Team Lead but instead of helping me out he said, "Yeh to hota hi hai" I work very hard but I am being rewarded with more hardwork rather than appreciation and validation. I am not sure whether this is the right use of my time.
It feels like I have sold my soul to an evil corporation while I have nothing better to do apart from commuting, working, eating and sleeping.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel the same way?

Work at your pace and keep your working hours as per office... don't take over load burden in your head as it impacts mental health... maintain boundaries and do what is your part...be strong and chill 😌

Stop completing your work in time, this is gonna work.

Same here bro 🤜

You can do as much as work. But they will never be happy with you work . So just leave it

I know a person who died. He was my mentor

Yes thats why whenever you are very much capable in something ..don’t give them so easily…they have some noms to be with u until last….🤫

Start caring less. You'd be in a better place

Try once rejecting extra work and see what happens.

Just work your 9-5. No more. Be strong.
