YOE- 5 years Domain - Cyber security (cyber ark) Current CTC-12.8 LPA. I got offer letter Designation - Deputy manager from Deloitte India - 18 LPA(fixed) , 1.8 variable pay( not mentioned in offer letter but mentioned as performance bonus). is this a good switch ? I tried my level best to ask more but this was their final. Is this a good hike ! please pour your suggestions fishes ! thank you in advance
