Management when we ask Hike for financial year that ended in March??? - fuck knows. Meanwhile they keep asking for EES survey feedback "am I paid appropriately?"
It feels like wipro is slowly cooking us, like a frog in water, we have to realize that the water is boiling now and jump out, or we'll be cooked forever.

The funniest question in the EES was.. "are you paid appropriately for the work you do." Who says they don't have a sense of humor.

Whenever I ask about my manager or HR about the hike they say they don't know. When I ask them for work, they don't know anything. Higher management is busy buying the expensive companies and completely sidelined the existing employees demands. In 3 years only one increment. Wipro is disgusting and sooner going to end as they are really not interested in respecting employees.

They will come up with some new attractive startergies Ignoring Old Attractine New.... May b

They have some nerve, surveying employees without raising salaries and asking, "Are you paid appropriately for the work you do?"

Everyone has to stand together and go on a solution its not possible talking here and making oneself feel good .... and what sense does any increment of 5% to 12% really makes.... 🤔
