Wipro is hitting new lows. Company policies and ethics and employee happiness mean nothing to Wipro now.
Deducting leaves for not working from office for one day? What kind of company does that? Didnt the employee work on that day from their home? And u deduct their leave for that?
And here's another plain fact- There are still employees who haven't gone to office that haven't got a leave deducted and there are employees who have come to office for few weeks who have had their leaves deducted.
That's Global people operations for you!
GPO is doing some amazing things at Wipro!
I have recently joined the Wipro, and I’m already regretting it not just for this global hybrid work policy. These people are blindly following this policy and and rest other are sitting & crying in the corner.
Worst management I’ve ever seen in my experience totally unprofessional behaviour and management. They treat people like slave. They dont give overtime, no working hours 14 or 16 hours are totally normal in their terms. If you complain senior management will come by defending those like he used to work 18 to 19hrs a day in his initial day.
I already quit.

It's a chutiya company with low IQ management. I go to the office for attendance and then come home to do the work till 12 am. What's the bloody point of this even?
Bhai simple...time came to leave Wipro...u can't do anything...u will break your head by reaching so called HRs and GPO.

let me tell you the plain fact , there are no more ethics , empathy , sympathy in IT sector , all are on paper or training just to make company compliant in some regulations thats all !!
Wipro is worst company to work, they don’t give hike and money which can be saved while commuting
