Having 16LPA with B3 Band in Wipro from 3years and Overall 10years Experience. Skills:Power BI,Sql,Adf,SSIS and Excel Team:Data Analytics & BI What is the maximum package for this profile? Please Suggest my dear friends..it will helpful for my career.
16 is very less. As per your experience you need at least 30-32 LPA
Switch your company. With your experience you should have 30L+ CTC. I am with 3 yrs experience looking for 16L+ CTC.
There is no minimum or maximum.. it varies between 15 to 25. Depending upon skil and requirement.
You should expect around 25 Lac. I am afraid you may have to switch the organization as it would be difficult to reach there staying here with your current package.
I am into b3 with just 12 lpa.. so you are far good. Better switch your company & comeback here with promotion & hike
Im B2 4 years experience with 16lpa. 16 lpa for 10 years experience is too less, you need to switch
