Hi everyone! I’ll be completing 3 years soon, and I wanted to check, does the company offer a completion bonus for this milestone? I’ve heard that some employees have received it while others haven’t, so I wanted to understand the criteria.

Also, if the bonus is granted, does it come with any conditions (e.g., a required tenure before switching)? Would appreciate any insights.
