My Year of Experience: 3.8

I hold offer of 12.1 LPA at Accenture (10 Fixed)

Now Cleared Deloitte USI consultant role HR offering 12.3 LPA with 11.2 fixed plus 2L joining and 1L retention bonus as one time and HR being like final take the offer or leave it. Is this fine to accept?
