In the case of the client Holiday and the client is not allowing us to work on that day. since all vendors need to follow the client Holiday calendar. Do we need to apply leave in Wipro when the client is having a holiday?

Does such a policy exist in Wipro?

I don't, I just take a holiday and update work hours in Wipro similar way if it is a holiday in Wipro and working at a client site I don't update attendance for that day but will work for a client
But you can update the client's holiday in Portal with ticket
