Trending @Wipro; Changing the domain internally is not easy!
With my experience, I can tell all the people, who are seeking a domain change internally thinking it will be easier, it is not easy. In fact if you try outside you will get a better opportunity.
I worked as desktop support for 4-5 years and now I am trying to get a project in cloud domain in B1 band after acquiring initial certificate from aws and also have good understanding of other automation tools and they are still rejecting my profile mentioning that they are looking for someone with handson experience. Seriously! Do they not understand the term "domain change"?_
I mean, if you cannot provide opportunities to a B1 band engineer in different technology then why are you wasting resources to provide them trainings. Either the wmg is not capable enough or not doing their job properly.
Don't want to say but this company doesn't think about their employees 😔
It's not at all possible here, don't know why they conduct training and all such stuff at the end no one is ready to hire as you don't have hands on experience...
