The only way you can do this is to start collecting resumes of your colleagues publicly ,Don't even leave your HR and PM .Tell everyone there is a job opening in future organization.rest assured you will be released in 15 days.

I think you will get early release if you are on bench.Just remember to keep the bonus money ready to return if you have received any.Each bonus has 2yrs lockin period from receiving day.
