Trending @Wipro; Can we barter 3 months of salary with LOP?
I'm a B1 and not getting any good projects, and my bench period ends in a week. I called HR last week; they mentioned that after 90 days, I must resign if I don't acquire a project. They will pay me three more months' salary in advance, and I don't have to serve a notice period. (There is no LOP for B1.)
But I want to ask: Can I reject the three months' salary and remain on the bench with Loss of Pay instead? I've tried reaching out to HR about this, but I haven't received a response. So I'm asking here.
I would recommend to join any shit project for billability, then try searching for good projects. Then once you get a good project take the release from your existing project.
Just take the Advance Salary and try Outside ... It would be great
I've seen cases where people don't resign and then get terminated by HR
