There will be warnings . To be specific 2. Even after that you don't join , there will be final escalation and then if you don't follow it will lead to termination. But all of this will be very quick. I am aware of this procedure but rest of the peeps may add something if I mentioned incorrectly here

They will do this way- put you in PIP 1st then build a case to fire you.
