Trending @Wipro; Can someone please tell me the minimum duration a person is required to stay in a project after being allocated?

If you need release, it will be possible only after 18 months(unless exit wipro) and you have to give 45 days notice. If client wants to release you, they have to give 28 days notice irrespective of the number of days you worked for client. If the client gives less than 28 days notice, your account shall give the billing of the remaining days

I am nga and this is my first project. What consequences i can face because my client manager asks me if you are not interested you can leave this project

If client is giving the release and you are ready to take the release, then it's not a problem.

Rotation u can see in psp page, when u completed 18 month it will change to yes. Release part its not anywhere . Depends on manager

18 months as per wipro policy but if you can convince your manager you can take release any time
