Trending @Wipro; Can I join our competitor

I am working in a project for a client. One more company is xyz also working with us for the same client same project. I got an offer to join that xyz company for same project same work.

I heard from my senior that we can't join the competitor company within a year of resigning. Need clarity on this can someone please guide me.

That's the catch, I will be joining same project 2nd phase. But after joining they will get to know so will they can't take any actions right. What if they keep my final settlement and few process in pending. That will be affected right.

After relieving letter, its not a problem. But the problem is that comes a month after your LWD
