Bro, I didn’t understand. My salary is 5.1 LPA, but overall I’m getting around ₹33,513. Where is my money going? Actually, in the payslip, it shows:
Gross Salary: ₹36,000
PF: ₹2,000
PT: ₹200
Medical: ₹15,000 (yearly)
So I only get this: ₹36,000 × 12 = ₹4,36,000. That means around ₹64,000 is missing.
Variable pay is around ₹22,000.
I also saw in one portal:
Term insurance ₹15 lakh — not enrolled
Health insurance ₹2 lakh — not enrolled
Accident insurance — not enrolled

Variable pay will be quarterly. Gratuity wil be paid after working 4 year 180 days in wipro when you leave..
Check with your salary structure. Pf contribution employer and gratuity deduction
It will be better to explain anybody if u put a screenshot of ur payslip by hiding sensitive details.
Work in project with shifts. U will get allowances
