Trending @Wipro; Bonus returns.

I wll complete 4 yrs in May 26. So in Wipro according to offer letter we get bonuses and if we left in bet need to return that bonus back. Suppose if my LWD is 31 Mar, then i will have to pay 2.5 lakhs.

So my doubt is if I resigned in April 1st then how much I will have to pay whether its 2.5 or just 2 lakhs as I will complete 4 years at time of leaving organisation. Note: Bonus can be kept with us if we complete 2 years.

The amount u have to payback depends on ur lwd. We have to complete 2 years since the day you got the bonus amt.

Yes 2 year is period from date you got the bonus. So in that Notice period days will count or tha will be excluded

Look at your letter date was mentioned till that period you have to pay the amount, once that period is over you are good to go and out of the bonus policies
