Trending @Wipro; Bonus amount repay
This is very bad in wipro, after working 8yrs here, last two year watever we have taken bonus amount they are asking to return it before leaving the wipro.
I have resigned because i was in bench for last 2 months , no projects assigned and my LOP started so i have decided to move out from wipro. Now HR is asking to pay all the bonus amount which has taken in last two years.
Feeling very sad about this!

Yeah, it's frustrating when companies ask for bonus repayment. I've heard similar stories from others too. Maybe try discussing it with HR for a fair solution.
You might have got the mail on bonus with policy What’s there in that
so lesson learnt !!! retention bonus is a scam and never agree to it !!
Always remember all companies look out for their interest first, and then employees. This way you will be less disappointed in future. If things are not going in your favour you have to move on.
If that is not a clause in your bonus payout agreement letter they cannot ask to return it. There should be an agreement retention date in the bonus letter
There's no other way , you have to repay the Bonus.
May I know what is this bonus. As iam aware a freh graduate hire will have bonus structure of 6th,18th,24th and 36th month. Which have two years lockin period. But you are 8 years professional. Do u also have bonus structure ?
Was there any criteria to return bonus ?
