Trending @Wipro; Bhai when will we get a hike!
With the appraisals over last month, when will they announce about hikes! Any HRs or long time employees here who might have the answer to this? Those getting 4 and 5 in ratings, did u get hikes after appraisals previously?
Bhai ye july me hike diya krte the, fir sept me dena start kiye or last year dec me diya. Ab is saal ya to skip krenge ya dec me denge.
No wonder the attrition rate is so high! Can't they see that their employees lack the motivation to work??? I mean if a person gives their all for over a year and at the end gets to hear that company isn't doing well so we can't give a bonus/hike, what reason would he have to go on with his work! They are willing to spend millions on a single person's severance pay but when it comes to the employees who still work for them they suddenly can't afford it!
Wait for the MSI email. It will contain details about the timeline. Hike usually happens towards the last quarter of the year. Exact timeline differs due to various reasons. But don't be too excited for 3-5% hikes 😄
I had last rating of 4. No hike was given. If you get any hike this year it will reflect in month of Dec.

If it's the MSI you all are talking about, I really have no hope of getting that! They give lame excuses to justify not giving that measly 5% hike.
