Guys, urgent! Need your suggestions. I'm B2 band and nearing 90 days of bench. HR called and asked me to submit resignation on Successfactors. She told she will update the 3 months notice to almost less than a week. My question is, will I be getting any seperation benifits, health insurance, as I paid for the whole year.. I asked to be put on LOP, but she was not agreeing. Please help!
