I am on B3 and completed 45 days bench period. What i understand i will be on LOP for next 45 days. I have 30 days Annual Leave and would like to know if I can take those annual leave. If I take annual leave then I will get salary or not ? Also, if we can take Break from Work Leave type if we are on LOP

I don't think so, after completion of 45 days HR will call you and they will only apply the remaining earned leaves.

HR will call you and send the EBLP and ask to accept in 3 days
