I’m on bench in B2 band. It’s been 70 days and the bench period is 90 days. If I still don’t get allocated, after how many days will HR call for voluntary resignation? Will there be any 3-month settlement option in that case? Also, do I have to go through any LOP (loss of pay) days before getting released from the company?

Do reach out to Practice managers, Talent Acquisition team, Recruiters and see if you be put into some billable project. Reach out to your friends who are already in billable projects.

Also start applying for jobs and give interviews so you can join after leaving Wipro (in worst case)

I don’t want to continue in Wipro.
After completing the 90-day bench period, will there be any settlement or will Wipro just terminate me directly?
