Trending @Wipro; Bench period ending
I am left with 10 days of bench period. I don't know what will be the next period. Will HR connect and ask me to resign.
And as per my knowledge wipro salary generation starts from 22nd of month to 22nd of next month. My bench period will end on December 7th. In this case if i resign on 8th December will i get this 15 days salary at my final settlement.
Can anyone please explain what the next processor will be after completing the bench period.

Rather than giving us salary, Wipro is looting all of our prime time, age, health and what not by putting us in some routine tasks project.
Exactly. I haven't even completed 2yrs in wipro and I'm already fed up. My batch did not receive any welcome gifts only bag laptop and charger. We did not even get hike. Even after completing 1yrs we are still on 22k. Plus wipro doesn't pay Variable Pay fully. Everytime it is below 80%. They are not putting us in good wirking projects. Either we are getting tagged and get no work, or get to work in support project.
I feel like as soon as i complete my 2yrs I'll put my papers but lil bit scared because of current market condition. 😢 at first because of recession we got our joining delayed by almost 2yrs. And now this bullshit.
Wipro is shit bro, and as you said you are having 4 plus years experience and you are still in A3 band, that is very bad, please resign whenever they ask you to do and start trying outside.
Don’t resign if that’s the case. Let HR come to you directly there only starts the game.
Ask them you will put the papers but need three months compensation. They will give you for sure. Also Don’t forgot to take this on email.
I guess they don't release A3 people. They release B1 and above people.
What is bench period? Is it 90 days?
