Hi friends, I am on bench and it's almost 45 days over for me.. will HR intimate us via ping / mail about LOP / annual leave deduction ? Or they do without any prior notice ?

If you are B1/B2-- you will be asked to resign on 89th day. And on 90th day you will have to resign. Before that, you might switch search for a better opportunity outside Or find a project here.
