i will be out of my project on 31st march ,i am B1 .so how many days i will be in freepool,let suppose after 90 days hr said to resign then do i have to serve notice period? if not will they pay 3 months salary?
If Hr ask you to resign then you can negotiate and extend 1month and start project hunt. If you don't get any project tgen you will force to put papers. And yes you will receive 3months salary. But it is important to get clarification from hr on this.
But negotiate about bonus. Say i won't be able to repay full bonus.
what if hr after 90 days told me to put papers but they are saying we will release you immediately no need to serve notice period.then what to do .in this case they won't pay 3 months salary right?
currently on virtual bench, and my billable status will end by this march end only . During this virtual bench period, do we provide support/work for client in project ?.. I’m getting opportunity calls or invite internal and I’m unable to attained due work support on client network ..
