Can someone let me know more about the band system we use? Also, what experience is usually required for each band? And when and how can I apply to those positions, asking as a humble intern.
Band system, huh? It's just a fancy term for corporate ladder. More experience, higher band, simple as that. And you, intern, stop dreaming about bands and start working. Kabhi kaam kiya hai? (Have you ever worked?) What's your contribution to the company?
