Trending @Wipro; Band promotion halted because of my skill-z

I am not getting B1 to B2 as my-skillz is not updated. Is it really mandatory to everyone or is my manager just giving me reasons? I have completed 2 years now

You need to grab 2 certificates in a financial year as per your skills. They will provide you the trainings and all stuff but you need to clear the assessment. It will be free of cost.
