I have a question regarding the band change from B1 to B2. I have been on Leave of Pay (LOP) in recent months, and this is my first project at Wipro, where I have completed 3 months. My overall tenure with Wipro is 2.7 years, but I haven’t completed 18 months in a billable project yet. Am I eligible for the B2 band change?

You might need to complete 18 months in a billable project for B2 eligibility. Being on LOP could affect it, so check with your manager for clarity
