Hey all,
Just curious! Does each band vary depending on the designation we are hired for?
Or is it the same for all band no matter what designation we are in for?

To be frank band doesn't mater along as they area paying good. They may align you with a band based on your experience or for the role They are recruiting in the project/team.
But for hikes They will consider average ctc of the bands.

Thank you! This question was because during my hike discussion, I was informed I am exceeding the limit from my current band and was limited to less rating information should consider me for progression which has not happened 😁
