Let me know, what is the eligibility for changing band from b1 to b2. How many year's we need to complete to change band, 2.5 or 3 years?

1 year after B1 should be fine. Connect with your manager and discuss asap. You need to clear myskillz before oct 10th to be eligible for Jan promotion cycle.

Initiate a discussion with your manager and practice for a nomination in the upcoming cycle. After the next quarter they will remove nomination process then there will be role based promotion which is very difficult
