I am in band B1 and have applied to a job in IJP which is of Band B2 and also have been approached for interview by PM. Will my salary be affected by this and I also have to move to Hyderabad for this.

That means IJP does work , for me whenever I apply the managers just reject without having even any sort of interview/ discussion . I email / ping and they just ignore. What are the steps that you followed can you please assist ?

They can view your profile from WiproOne(Accessible to managers), they have screen rejected you because of profile fitment isn't there fo their JD.
