I am working in an USA based client project and one guy of our Team is in onsite who is only managing communication and coordination kind of stuff between client and other teams and is the onsite representative of our team... Whenever offshore team does good work he always steals the credit and whenever there's a failure be it in any env, he will blame that person no matter who the audiences are.

Recently one production deployment failed where he was the decision maker and i was the executioner and post production go live I went on sick off .. During those 2 days production got down totally and he threw all the blame onto me as result when I came back on Friday and opened my mail lot of escalation and even management declared in front of all audiences that they are going to replace me..

So here my pain point is even though he's bringing more billing than offshore but management should have asked me where it went wrong and is it amendeble Or not but they directly decided n mailed to replace... Now in reply of their mail i stated my point of view and unmasked the person and asked release but they are not listening to me... I mean WTH... If u don't want to release why did u make such a statement and if u r intended to give release why are you not processing ASAP since I am loosing other opp.... Hadd hai yaar
