Trending @Wipro; B2 to next level promotion

I joined Wipro in Oct 2022 with 5.5 years of previous work experience at B2. I missed the 2023 appraisal cycle with 4 days that is instead of joining before Sep 30, I joined Wipro on Oct 6.Till now I got only one appraisal cycle with a good rating. I want to know what the criteria are for the next level of promotion. How many years should I need to complete jn Wipro and are there any exams and courses which I need to complete for promotion?
