To let everyone know, I just got to know that I received a 20% hike over and above MSI, due to band progression to B2. MSI gave me 5.5%. This is acceptable to me considering the market economy. Please let me know your view. Please Note: Waiting for the progression letter though.

Congrats on the hike! 20% is pretty solid, especially with the market being what it is. Waiting for that letter is always a bit nerve-wracking, but sounds like you're in a good spot

Thank you. Here comes the interesting part. I am being asked to handle roles of an offshore C1 and Onsite B3. And it feels like I have to take it as I have been promoted.
