Trending @Wipro; B2 band Salary range. No hikes since 2.5 years

Iam in B2 with 5+ years of exp with 18 LPA(when I joined). Sine 2.5 years Iam with same package. They are not giving hike ( reason: already high salary). Should i continue with same. Look for another opportunity. If I go outside how much maximum I can expect?? Thank you

I have resigned for the same reason, in addition to no hike, they are losing clients as well and don't see good projects available. Regarding expectation, currently the job market is very competitive and difficult for people with 90 days np, but should consider at least 45-50% hike to start the notice.
