A) What is the salary increase ? B) How many year I need to be in B1 band before promoting to B2 band ?? Anymore insight on this .!

I think in 18 months .. you are eligible for the promotion but on the basis of performance.. the employee gets promoted....
The time span is 18 months as heard for Band progression but honestly I got band progression after 3 years and MSI Aldo after 3 years this time earlier last year we most of us were informed that our salary is above and hence we are not eligible for MSI and the worst is whole time it was mentioned we are getting Msi and in d end an unknown person from my project said sorry ur not eligible bcoz u are already over paid... Now band b1 to b2 also their are many who got 20% hike I got a 10% hike their also it's not standard it's their choice
