Hi All,
I was filling my efforts for last week and the attendance was showing as 0 in my timesheet. Even though i went to office 3 days a week still the efforts are showing as 0.
Earlier when I was filling the timesheet for the previous 3 weeks the time was showing but now it is coming as 0 for 3 last weeks.
Is anybody facing the same issue?
I'm facing the same issue. I just observed it today morning that my attendance is not being captured. I thought it is because of night shift but others in my team are having efforts reflected even in night shift. I guess we need to raise a ticket.

Yes, just now I tried raising the ticket and there is there it is written that it is a technical issue from 14th aug onwards timesheet data is not available for some people. Thankyou for your response.

Seems to be application issue

Attendance capturing only works if you log in ± 4 hours from your shift log in times or log out ±4 hours around your logging time. Suppose if my shift is 8 to 6. I can ho at 3 and logout at 6 and it will be captured.

Same issue here. Seems like a portal issue. That will be fixed.

Same for me, went to the office all 3 days but no attendance captured in the system.
