Trending @Wipro; Asset - SBI bank

Don't know why I always feel like visiting the asset/BITS is more like a SBI bank, no one to answer our queries properly... One person to ask for RITM and other give a piece of paper to write asset details and if we ask any other questions simple answers come after lunch, wait for 1hr , come tomorrow and the shocking one please check in the next cabin ... If we further ask they say to see the notice attached on the wall and follow the instructions...

How many of you felt the same...

Felt like I will get a response in my Manager's cabin than in BITS..
