Hi, I resigned from wipro recently, and on the alumni portal under F&F i can see bonus amount bonus amount payable by employee. If there is a negative balance will i get my experience letter without paying!
Similar problem , served more than 2 years and in between bonus they are asking back, but my question is 12 months lock-in period count till LWD or when I resigned
They consider 12 months lock-in period after giving bonus?
do they consider 12 months till last LWD?
If you leave before completing 12 months, then you will have to pay the bonus back. And I am talking about joining bonus. Don’t know about other kind of bonuses. If you have a negative balance, you will have to clear it first and then only you will get your relieving/experience letter.
No ...you need to pay the negative balance first. letter will be released once fnf is cleared
